We use First Class US Mail, and books are sent out within 24 hours of receiving the order, guaranteed. Books are 100% returnable, just send them back to us at 1022 Cortelyou Road, Brooklyn, NY 11218, in good, unused, condition, with a written note explaining the need for a return. Your credit card will be refunded upon receipt.
